Disney Day 2 - Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom

We started our day at Hollywood Studios with a ride on Rockin' Roller Coaster. I'm going to be honest, we didn't tell Josie and Colbie how brutal it is because we didn't want them to chicken out! They looked like they had seen a ghost when it was over, but I tell myself they liked it even though they won't admit it =)

Maw Maw, Deedy and Liza did some shopping until we met up for The Journey of the little Mermaid.

Somehow my pictures are all out of order and it's getting on my nerves but I am too lazy to start over. Future Katie, Josie, Colbie and Liza ya'll are lucky I am still doing this.

Frozen Ever After trance!!

Liza was not too sure about the snow at Frozen Ever After

Toy Story Mania is always a favorite!!

I never want to forget Liza's face for the face paint. I wasn't sure if she would like it, so we just paid for the big girls at first and Liza was playing not really paying attention. We asked if she wanted to, thinking she would say no, and to my surprise she said yes. When the guy told her to be still... she did! Didn't flench even when he told her she could open her eyes! It was the cutest.

My Josie Kate looked beautiful

Colbie's paint was so glittery and fun and so her!

"Kitty Cat Pincess"

Next it was time to meet Sophia! Liza was feeling extra froggy with that face paint.

If you zoom on this picture, you see a tired, frizzy headed Disney mama!

After a short rest, it was time for O'Hana's at the Polynesian.

The Disney delirium snuck it for the girls and daddy got his first beer of the trip. Our life was whole.

A sweet but out of order pic of Maw Maw and Colbie

The girls got to participate in a competition of pushing a coconut with a broom around the restaurant. Liza LOVED this and Colbie was all over it, too.

We loved this restaurant so much! It will definitely be first on our list the next time we come back. I loved the resort, too. It's on my Disney bucket list.

We ended the day at Magic Kingdom. These are from the Jungle Cruise... Maw Maw said this was her favorite ride.

The new firework show is amazing!! This picture certainly does not do it justice. It was extremely loud which made Liza cry... until the Moana part came on. Her cry turned into belting out Moana. It was hilarious.

Liza and the grandmas went back but me, Joey and the big girls had some more fun to be had. Joey and Josie wanted to watch the Hall of Presidents (snore) while Colbie and I rode the Mine Train and Winnie the Pooh. The park was closing, and after we walked off the ride we saw the Pooh bear that matched Josie's Eeyore souvenir. So we had to get him. When we walked out of the shop, we heard the Moana song again and Colbie was singing at the top of her lungs and hugged me and said "Mommy, this place is Magical". Yes it is, Colbie.

Didn't take long for this to happen...
