Of course the girls loved Zoo Boo. However, I was in big trouble for not letting Josie wear her costume. It was the first thing she noticed. We rode the train, played some games, saw some animals... and all 3 girls pet a snake. Yuck!
Oh, and a dance party at the end!
The weather did not exactly cooperate this year for trick or treating. We tried to start as early as possible to miss the rain. We probably got about 45 minutes in of some good old fashioned trick or treating. You just can't beat it!
Ryleigh was a butterfly popstar princess? I think. It was something along those lines =) She is so pretty. Brad and Janice are in trouble!
Josie was a cat and I am fully convinced she picked this costume for these fancy hand pieces.
Raaar!
Maw Maw and Paw Paw with the big girls
Conner has no problems taking care of all the young ladies =) He is such a sweet natured little boy.
Caroline was just along for the ride and happy as always!
Back to the house for tricky snacks!
Colbie was a presh superwoman but a little under the weather.
It started to rain at about 6:00. The parents were all stresssed about the rain but of course it was the kids favorite part. Colbie was singing "rain, rain go away" in her happiest voice and everyone else was just squealing. Joey ran to our house to get the truck. All the kids piled in sans carseats and were really pumped about being wet and standing in the truck. Joey says he has never heard decibels that high. They proceeded to play in the rain when we got home, too.
A little rain isn't going to rain on this parade =)
