We had an awesome trip to Destin in late July. It was a perfect trip to wrap up the summer. We were also so fortunate to have my parents come, and Joey's family staying across the street! Such a fun week! I did pull out the real camera the whole week but it was a perfect laid back beachy week.

The girls were really good the whole way down there. We stopped for lunch at Felix's in Mobile, and took our time.
It was not exactly a beach view, but it was still awesome! We stayed at the Luau at Sandestin. It had a great pool and was walking distance to the beach.
I had forgotten how pretty the water is in Destin!
Christi has a house on the bayside and I am super jealous =) They bought the girls all kinds of goodies, including cupcakes of course!
A shout out to Janice for sending these tubes because I think Josie spent half the week floating just like this! She is my beach girl for sure. Sister likes the pool.

We spent one day at Grayton beach which is AMAZING. That day was right up my alley. Sun, crystal clear water, cold snacks, sandwiches, and family.
We had to visit the wharf one night!

At night we were bused over to the bayside for dinner which was always a treat. The girls really loved the charter buses and not wearing seatbelts. That was special.
The entertainment was hilarious! Loved the pirate.
We try. We fail.
The last day and night it was just us, so we took the girls to Build a Bear.
We had lunch at the beach Club and they made sure their bears were hydrated!
