Big Girl Room

Well the time has come when we are going to have to think about moving Josie to her new big girl bedroom. We found that it made more sense to let the baby have the crib, changing table, and all of that jazz. So lucky Josie gets all new stuff... again! She got new furniture from my parents for Christmas, and Joey's family bought her the comforter and mattresses. Alot of the colors match her nursery, so the wall hangings and decorative stuff are going to move to the new room. And plus Peanut has to have some new stuff of it's own! We have not gotten around to all of the decorations... and she is still sleeping in the crib for now... but we got the bed and big stuff set up yesterday. She absolutely loves it! Mostly because she can stand on the bed and check herself out in the mirror, like any woman! I cannot wait to put out the finishing touches. She is one lucky little girl. The room has transformed from a mancave to a room full of birds and cupcakes! Your welcome, Joey!

Mama's shoes. Same song, different verse.

Playing a peek-a-boo under the table with her wild woman hair.

Dancing to the Fresh Beat band!

Joey grilled us a steak Friday night and it was delicious. Josie had fun rearranging the fridge while we were cooking. I love how she places everything front and center. She gets that from Joey. Drives me nuts.

The rooster of the roost!

We had to make sure the new bed was still there this morning.

And then she decided she needed to measure Daisy and daddy's feet with the tape measurer.

I suppose it is time I start tracking the expanding belly! I am 17 weeks today. I think I felt the baby move a time or two, but it is still very faint. I have had alot more energy the past week or so, thank goodness!! Almos half way there!

I can't believe it's time for a big girl room. It's sooo cute. I might cry when Ford gets out of his baby bed. Your belly is sooo cute... it's tiny. Feed peanut.
