Bugs are for the Birds

Stomach bugs, that is! Josie caught a stomach virus last Sunday and is just now getting over it. I have never seen the poor baby so sick! I ended up bringing her to the doctor on Thursday, because she just couldn't shake the fever. We were reassured that this was a nasty bug going around that lasts about 7 days. Yuck! I had a milder version of it, and Joey has been sick the past 2 days, too. Now we have to work on getting Josie unspoiled. She was held and catered too, and ya'll know how that goes! These were some pictures from last weekend before she got sick, that I never got a chance to post.

Josie and I spent some time outside planting some flowers yesterday. Josie is a little too much help with the flowers if you know what I mean. I had to give her specific jobs to keep her busy. It was hard work. She likes to sit on the front porch and bock (rock). Do note that she looks like what I like to call a Rag-a-Muffin because we had been working so hard and taking purple popsickle breaks. But I happen to like the country girl Rag-a-Muffin look, she is still pretty in mama's eyes =)
