A few fun facts about Colbie at 1 year old:
- She wears size 18 month clothes
- Size 4 diapers
- She has 8 teeth
- She still likes to eat the Stage 2 meat and veggie babyfoods (ick) but hates stage 3!
- She loves fruit (esp watermelon and blueberries)
-She still takes about 3 bottles a day of whole milk
- About a month ago, she decided she did not want to be rocked to sleep. She likes to be rocked while drinking her bottle, and then put in her crib to fall asleep on her own (this came as a surprise to me and made me cry the 1st night)! She loves to watch the projector on the ceiling.
- Sometimes she takes 2 naps a day, sometimes 1
- She loves when Josie runs around the house squealing, and she follows suit
- She loves to say "cheese" when you take her picture - other things she says is da da, ma ma, Pa, Deedy, Paw Paw, and "see". She always likes to fuss at Daisy when she barks
- She has a very easy smile and a chipped front tooth
- She is a rough baby and loves to be rough housed
- She loves strolling and being outside.
- She loves crawling up steps (not my favorite)
- She has the fast walk down pat and will be running soon
- She likes to take the hairbrush and brush her hair. She also sets bows on her head bc she knows that's where they go =)
- If you sit on the floor, she likes to waller on you
- She gives the sweetest open mouth kisses and likes to give five
-Her favorite song right now is "If you happy and you know it" because she likes to stomp her foot
- A good way to get her out of a bad mood is to turn on som rap music on your phone and let her hold it and walk around the house dancing
-She loves to dance and is bending her knees with the first note!
