June 22nd fell during the week the same nigh as the VBS program. But you can't let the "real" birthday pass by without some sort of celebration!
We were supposed to have Colbie's swim party at the neighborhood pool but it turned a strange shade of green so we had to change plans last minute. Luckily, Brad and Janice were gracious enough to let us use their pool. We went simple on the parties this year due to the move and all, but the girls were just as pleased. Colbie had the girls in her class over for a swim and cupcakes!
I must say that 5 suits Colbie well. She is one cute 5 year old. Colbie, have I ever told you how much fun you are? You can wear a mama out but you keep me laughing all. the. time. You are the CUTEST!
