One of our favorite weeks of the whole year finally rolled around. Joey and I couldn't get down there fast enough, so we reserved our room a couple days early. The girls settled into "their" room fast. They (especially Josie) don't fell like they are on vacation until their clothes are unpacked and in drawers. Even if it's a 2 night trip. They like doing that and it's cute. All they were missing was Ryleigh who was coming later in the week.
Dinner at Tacky Jack's... looking kinda tired and wind blown!
Our first full day we got a lot of rain until the afternoon. So that meant forts, Old Maid, Go Fish, porch sitting, and snacking.
If you haven't noticed yet, Liza wore these glasses the ENTIRE trip. It was hilarious.
Finally, on Wednesday we woke up to some pretty weather which means time to go to the beach!
Liza is my only baby out of 3 that would take beach naps and I am so thankful for that. With the others, someone would have to go sit in the room with them.
She is definitely a beach girl like her sisters and mama. She was so busy and made lots of "pony forts" out of the sand.
Joey cooked us a steak one night. I was in charge for 3 minutes while he ran upstairs and they just about burnt to a crisp, but they were still edible. He didn't let me live that one down for a little while.
Hermit crab hunting is one of the best parts about staying at Jubilee Landing! My parents, and Greg and his crew were there that night!
