Joey had his annual guys weekend with all his old buddies at our house again. Since he was basically kicking us out of the house, it was only right he put us up somewhere worth our while, like Orange Beach! My mom and I were happy to take the girls. We stayed at Phoenix on the Bay 2 because of the fun lazy river and slide!
Tacky Jacks was on the menu the first night!
We spent most of our time at the pool. It just so happened there was abut 3 families with little girls there so they made fast friends and we had to peel them away from the pool every afternoon!
A beautiful crab hunt one evening!
They met a girl that was a little older that was the best hair braider!
We tried the beach one day but it was just too rough. They couldn't even play in the surf so we didn't stay long.
I don't know what happened to my pictures gut we did visit the Wharf the last night for a little eating and shopping. The girls loved that with the little light show they do! We ended the night with dip and dots.
This is at the outlet mall the next morning. We stayed a few hours and looked around and the girls gave us some good Christmas ideas.
We all had a great time on our last beach trip of 2017! And by the way October may be the best time ever to be at the beach!
